Cod with Salad and Potatoes


Couple of cod fillet 


For cod marinade:

teaspoon soy sauce 

dash of fish oil 

salt

pepper 


Mix and marinate the fish for 10 minutes. 

Roast fish for about 10 minutes at 450 Fahrenheit.


For salad vinaigrette:

tablespoon of lemon juice 

dash of olive oil 

salt 

pepper 

teaspoon of sugar 

Mix everything rigorously then add baby spinach and arugula and toss.


For potatoes:

Boil potatoes for 12 minutes. Drain and peel them if desired. In a pan hit some oil and toss potatoes with salt paper and ground thyme.
